1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, depositing funds into, or otherwise using any part of the beetjlli platform — including its website, sportsbook, casino, live dealer games, promotional pages, and customer support services — you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the beetjlli service. They must be read in conjunction with any additional policies published on this website, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to particular betting markets or casino titles. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a subsidiary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the subsidiary document explicitly states otherwise.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the beetjlli platform and must not attempt to create an account or place any wager. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms, including any amendments published after your initial registration.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the beetjlli platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. beetjlli operates a strict minimum age policy. We do not knowingly permit any person under 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or place a wager.
• You must be accessing the platform in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial syndicate arrangement unless expressly agreed in writing with beetjlli.
• You must not be accessing the service while subject to a self-exclusion agreement — either through beetjlli's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling support organisation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who lack the legal authority to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction are not permitted to use this service.

Age Verification

beetjlli reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any account holder at any time and without prior notice. Documentation may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended, and any funds held may be withheld pending resolution of the verification process.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of beetjlli services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the beetjlli platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

Registration Requirements

When creating your beetjlli account, you must provide the following accurate and verifiable information:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and have access to.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name, for account verification and security purposes.
• A secure password of your choosing. Passwords must meet the minimum complexity requirements set by the platform at the time of registration.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your beetjlli login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. beetjlli strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. beetjlli will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact beetjlli support immediately at support@beetjlli. beetjlli accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

beetjlli operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point during your use of the platform. Verification requests are typically triggered before a withdrawal is processed or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the process is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

beetjlli supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the beetjlli platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment methods belonging to another person are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
• beetjlli does not charge any fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside beetjlli's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your beetjlli account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• beetjlli reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing a deposit where the transaction triggers an internal risk threshold.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• beetjlli does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees may apply for bank transfer withdrawals depending on the receiving institution.
• Winnings resulting from wagering with bonus funds remain subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 for full bonus and wagering terms.

Currency & Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on beetjlli are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). beetjlli does not offer multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to fund your account using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider will apply its own exchange rate, which beetjlli has no control over.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the beetjlli platform is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general provisions and are accessible within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets placed on beetjlli are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after the point of confirmation unless beetjlli invokes its void bet provisions (see below).
• beetjlli reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted at beetjlli's discretion. The platform may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including during significant match events or where the integrity of the market cannot be assured.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be partially refused or have their stake reduced to comply with the limit.
• beetjlli covers cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, as well as ATP and WTA tennis events. Coverage of additional sports may be added or removed at any time.

Casino & Live Games

• All casino games on the beetjlli platform are sourced from licensed and audited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the provider's published game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-world game procedures conducted under controlled studio conditions.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined and settled based on the game server records. If a round cannot be completed due to a server fault on beetjlli's side, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• beetjlli reserves the right to void casino winnings obtained through exploitation of a software bug, game malfunction, or any other technical error. Players who suspect a malfunction must stop playing and contact support immediately.

Bet Settlement

beetjlli endeavours to settle all bets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement is based on official results as published by the governing body of the sport or event in question. Where a result is subject to an official appeal or review, beetjlli may delay settlement until the result is confirmed as final. beetjlli's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to a formal dispute process initiated within 30 days of the relevant event.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

beetjlli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions of the specific offer. Deposit match bonuses are credited to the bonus balance; free spins winnings are credited in cash unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless the promotion explicitly states that no wagering applies. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is met will be forfeited, along with any winnings generated from those funds.

Seasonal Promotions

beetjlli runs seasonal promotions tied to major events on the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and Victory Day (December 16), as well as key cricket events such as the BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotional offers are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time the offer is active.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beetjlli platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the beetjlli platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to fix outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game or event in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain an advantage. Players who identify an error must stop playing and report it to support immediately.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the beetjlli platform, whether under your own identity or a false one, for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure and recovery of the disputed funds by any legal means available.
• Harmful or Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward beetjlli staff or other users through any channel provided by the platform.

beetjlli's security and fraud team monitors all accounts continuously. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in winnings being voided, balances being withheld, and the matter being referred to law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

beetjlli reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder has failed to complete the required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has provided false eligibility information.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion agreement that covers beetjlli.
• Suspicious betting patterns or gameplay activity have been detected that require further investigation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any funds held in the account balance at the time of suspension will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned in full.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your beetjlli account at any time by contacting our support team at support@beetjlli. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed under our responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are subject to the specific terms of the self-exclusion request.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by beetjlli or by the player — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Any bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. These Terms & Conditions continue to apply to all activity that occurred while the account was active, including any disputes arising after closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the beetjlli platform should in the first instance be directed to our support team at support@beetjlli. beetjlli commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 30 days. beetjlli's decision on all operational matters — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status — is final, subject to the formal dispute process described in this section.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beetjlli's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. beetjlli is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

beetjlli reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, beetjlli will provide reasonable notice via the platform — either through a notice on the website, an email to registered account holders, or both. Your continued use of the beetjlli platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
